I know I know...tell you guys all something you DIDN'T know already, right??

Anyway...creamscicle has got to be one of my all time fav combinations.  Nothing beat a night on the Seaside boardwalk w/ a creamscicle flavored ice cream cone.

HOWEVER....Liz's creamscicle pie is damn close and is absolutely DIVINE.  Top that off with the fact that it takes about oh...30 seconds to make (ok...so I exaggerate...but you get the idea) goodness gracious.

Unfortunately, I may have to throw it out because pie (sf or not) sounds much more appetizing than chicken at the moment, LOL

Thank you Chef, for yet another GREAT recipie!  Oh - and you can change the flavors of the yogurt/jello so that you can have any flavor pie you want.

Thanks Pam :)  I can only take credit for this flavor combination - the wife of a co-worker made me the pie, it is an old Weight Watchers recipe. I just made it sugar free!!

It is quite yummy though! Oh and I would totally have it for dinner! lol

Ok, so you two are killing me!
Where can I get this recipe?  I'm guessing that you made it/distributed it at your support group meeting?  Well, do share with this Western Pennsylvanian!

Liz, please post these awesome recipes, or you can email them to me directly! Let me know which you prefer!

I love creamsicles!

Pam, you crack me up!  I'm like you...I'd have to get it out of the house...and quickly!
My other new find...sugar free/fat free coolwhip!  It tastes so great...just like the original!  I love a dollop on my sf jello!  Mmmm!

1 store bought graham cracker crust (or make your own)

1/4 cup boiling water
1 box orange jello
mix together and let cool on the counter about 5 minutes

wisk in 1 container orage yogurt (I used Yoplait Light orange cream) and 1 small container (I think that it is 7oz greek yogurt) and 1 container cool whip (I use the free). Pour into the pie shell and chill at least an hour

So yummy!!!

I always share! It was on the menu post for yesterday!

Hi Liz
that pie is the best, I just made it but instead of graham cracker crust  I use Fiber ONe cereal grind it up in the food processor, you have just to grind them if you put them in w/o grinding  they get soggy
try that for your crust

M-F there is normally a post started in the morning called "Sticking to the basics" or something similar.

It is where people post their "menus" for the day - what they plan on having etc to help keep track and keep accountable.
