Ok...I had an extra minute this morning so I thought I would get this started.

Last night I went to karate and then took the monsters for a walk.  Nothing mind blowing, but it was good to be active.  Tonight I have a wrap up party for the Relay, so depending on how late that runs, I may get to the gym or just take the dogs for a walk again.

How about you?

Gym bag is under my desk - heading to Curves after work, then a walk with the dog.

Tucker and Molly are gonna wonder why they are doing all this walking!  LOL

I am hoping to get out and do some more rollerblading today :)

Did my half-hour this morning (a little longer than usual) with EA Active... lots of mid-intensity upper body work today.  Also worked outside last night for a while when I got home, trying to fix the pond pump (unsuccessfully, I might add) and lugging the hose around to water the new plantings.  This morning my legs were killing me, so I must have done something odd!  I was thankful this morning's workout was more focused on upper body!

This is a really jam-packed day of meetings and running around, capped with a meeting tonight after work, so I doubt I'm going to get in any other formal exercise!

Good Morning Heather,
I did my hour on the Elliptical and will walk on my lunch but I do need to find ways to build up my upper body strength. Thinking about taking Karate Class with my daugther who already started at Age 4. I think I need the discipline and agility that comes from Karate. My daughter loves it but she is also 5 so she likes a lot of thing. lol..

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Ok now that I am starting my daily exercise routine just a little over 2 weeks post op.

I went and purchase a DVD.  Biggest loser Cardo Max Bootcamp 6 weeks training.

So yesterday I did that 20 minutes cardo workout last night.

And today at lunch walked about 1/2 miles because that all time allows right now and tonight I will do another 20 min cardo DVD.

HI Everyone,

Had a hour workout at the gym today. I have not been in over a week and I felt it, and I also noticed how much better I feel today, which is my motivation to go back tomorrow.

I will take the dogs for a walk later today. I walked them yesterday afternoon and everyday I am adding a little bit of jogging in, not getting too far yet, but each day I push myself a little further and I will get to that 5k at some point...just do a little more today than I did yesterday..that is my new modo.

Hope you all have fun moving to loose today!!
Christine

I did go out and rollerblade today for about 30 minutes.  I must say I felt NO soreness today when I woke up (but I didn't expect to, yesterday wasn't a big work out cause I was trying to hard to stay upright) but when I started skating today my legs were definately like "Oh...we're doing THIS again"

HOWEVER...I spent more time actually skating today and managed to get up my heart rate and even break a little bit of a sweat.  It felt good!
