Looking for thrift store recommendations...mens clothing
Hello everyone,
I've been purchasing business clothing from a great thrift store I found in Norristown (here is the web address for those interested: http://www.impactthrift.org/storelocations.html). I go there once every few weeks to check out the Men's business shirt & pant sections. It's a great place however I'm beginning to actually recognize the pieces (i.e. oh look that nice dark blue shirt has not sold yet..if only it didn't have that corporate logo on it..) so I think I need some more variety.
Can any of you please recommend some of your favorite Thrift stores in the Philadelphia or New Jersey area? Address and/or website would be great. I don't mind driving a bit (30-45min) if it's 'worth the trip'.
Thanks,
-GD_007

Hi there -
This isn't a thrift store, but Kohl's really has great clearance racks. I've been shopping there for years for myself and have recently been scanning the racks for my boyfriend. I have often picked up items for a few dollars each. Especially when they are having a store wide % off of everything. 20% off of already clearances items is a good deal for new items.
Just a thought....

There is an impact in Lansdale as well. The second ave. is located up here in mongomery commons I believe, there is also a thrift store in Souderton-Hatfield area, one store has clothes and the other two store have furniture, and misc goods in the other. There is a small Salvation Army store on broad street in Lansdale, and a really large on 309 in Quakertown. A bit far to travel, but all these stores are with 10 minutes area of each other and the one on 309 is about 10 more minutes out,but is large and might be worth the drive.
Good luck Ena
