Thursday exercise

How is everyone doing with their exercise?  I am overextended right now and can't get on to post this in the mornings anymore...but I will try to do it at some point during the day....maybe not until the evenings though, but I will try.  If anyone else wants to keep it going in the AM;s feel free.

I want to get to the gym tonight to do some cardio...I need it more for stress management and my emotional wellbeing than anything else right now.  Anyone have any exciting reports of goals being met??  What's everyone doing to move?

whoops! You are right...I didn't see it. I just jumped on real quick and didn't look down far enough I guess.  Thanks for keeping it going!!

I just signed up for the Dewey Beach Bottle and Cork 10 miler - so, I started running again.  I took a week off and it was time to get my rear moving again.  Ugh... 10 miles, what was I thinking?
