Friday Excercise
Pam,
In EA Active on the Wii, you can choose to do a 30-day challenge or individual workouts. The 30-day challenge is kind of like working with a personal trainer - each day is designed to work different parts of your body and to vary the exercises so you get a rounded, complete workout. And each day also includes cardio, and is designed with warmup (usually something like running) and cooldown. You pick the intensity and whether you want to use the Wii balance board for each day.
A typical day might include running, boxing, volleyball, lunges, squats, jump squats, bicep curls and shoulder presses (with resistance band), and might cycle through each "set" of exercise twice.
I'm really liking it - the workouts are fun and intense (and I like the variety within each one and between days) and I'm feeling and seeing the results!
Kate,
No update yet on the surgeries - I'm hoping to hear from both oncologists tomorrow with a plan. (the ultrasound was on friday.) Thanks for asking!
