Friday Excercise
Okay after some bad choices (mostly eating carbs) yesterday I am back on the wagon this morning. I sweated off 1200 calories at an intense workout for about an hour on my Elliptical. I am planning on walking on lunc h(weather permitting) but that's it for me today. Okay what are you doing to move today??
I upped it a bit on my 30-day challenge this morning and went with "medium" intensity... slightly longer workout, more reps per exercise, and a faster pace for the reps. Today was a mix of upper body and lunges, plus some running.
I'll see if the weather holds later and may do a walk - haven't done that for a few days because of doign the challenge...
