Good Morning Ladies!

B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: cheese and a few crackers
S: (if needed) fage and peaches
L: didn't pack anything, maybe a salad with chicken
S: pudding or jello
D: roast beef and zucchini
S: 1/2 PB&J on whole grain bread (if I Don't fall asleep first!)

Went to Trader Joe's and picked up a couple of things to shake up my daily routine a little bit - one thing I have always had a bad habit of doing on any diet is getting stuck in a rut...

B: Sausage & egg burrito (well, okay - this is the same)
S: Greek yogurt w/sf jelly
L: Chicken salad; ww ritz crackers; banana
S: Stringcheese
D: ???

E: None tonight - walk earlier this morning

Morning Folks!

B: Choc Banana Matrix protein shake
S: No sugar added applesauce
L:  Turkey/cucumber salad with greek yogurt
S: SF pudding
D: Sea scallops broiled with lemon, sea salt, and garlic with a little sauteed yellow squash and mushrooms  (yes, chopped very finely and sauteed until soft-as-puree)
S:  ??

E: lower-body and cardio EA Active day (morning), maybe some boxing later?
