Revenge is oh so sweet.... mahahaha!
Ok, you were all there for me as I went through the pure hell of working at the gym... well you all know that I called OSHA after I quite to report them on a number of things... I worked at the Park and Rec pool when I was in college during the summers and knew they weren't doing certain things right besides all the issues in the child care room...
Well, OSHA would mail me updates to let me know what was going on... today... I got the good letter... the one where they were fined 1000s of bucks lol... they couldn't nail them on any of the child care stuff... but got them on 4 HUGE issues in dealing with the pool... if they aren't fixed by a certain date... they will be fined another 4500 bucks... mahahahahaa...
Sorry that I am enjoying this but you know I knew I was right...
oh yeah they still owe me 15 bucks for the work shirt I was charged for and never got lol... and if I could get a parent to call Child Welfare... the gym as a whole would be closed...

I can hear you cackeling all the way from here. Yay! Do you want me to call I will be glad to and also the work shirt if they told you it was uniformed they should not have charged you for it so I personally would call them and ask for my money back and if they don't give it back to you I would tell them either they gave me my money back or it will cost them more to not and call the labor board and oh BTW you can claim the shirt on your state tax return as it is considered a uniform but I would make them sweat. Let me know if you want me to call. Not a problem always glad to help a friend. I know from my husband being a sheet metal worker that OSHA is pretty strict.
Well what I think is funny is all the breathing issues that I was having being there... they shouldn't of been happening... I have such a mild case of allergy asthma that some doctors wouldn't even treat me... so for me to end up on a neublizer and having to use it 3 to 5 times a day is huge... I had never had to be on one so that was scary... but I know it had to do with the fact that the pool fumes were way too strong... they got writen up for poor air circulation... humm imagine that... but all my breathing issues disapeared in a week... so I know it was them not me lol...
Someone here on the boards got me hooked up with a number for me to call child services anon... I keep hearing stuff from the girls that work there... and it isn't good... not at all...
Never thought about calling the labor board... but they never told us we would have a uniform... they just took money out of our paychecks... most of us (even the one still there) still don't have work shirts... hello it is almost june... and the money was taken the first week of Jan... jerks!!
But I knew the OSHA rules with the pool because of working at one in college... so I am just glad to be free of them... may that company rot in hell...
