Wednesday Sticking to the Basics
Hi Liz and everyone - yesterday's plan didn't turn out too bad - pouch finally settled down around noon. Not sure what the problem was but it seems to have passed. Here is today's plan...

L: Seafood salad
S: Protein bar or stringcheese
D: Pork chop; sauerkraut
E: Curves

S: Strawberries and grated (unsweetened coconut)
L: 2 oz chicken mixed with 1/4 cup refried beans, 1/4 salsa, 1 oz grated cheddar
S: Veggie soup with Light Cow cheese
D: Don't know, something with salad
S: Fudgesicles

So today's a weird one because I have to do a 4-hour fast in the middle of it starting now, for my MRI this afternoon. That's gonna be tough, i think.

L: (Late) chicken salad with greek yogurt
S: SF pudding (homemade!)
D: broiled scallops with steamed broccoli? or meatballs with ricotta?
S: SF pudding
E: Day 4 of my 30-day EA Active challenge... running and lots of upper body today
