Hold on while I grab a tissue you made me cry but a good one. I am so happy for you and proud at the same time as we can all relate. Like I always say life is good. You can put me to sleep anytime because I know where you are coming from. keep up the great work and take care of yourself.

CONGRATS on your one year!!! I am so happy for you! I love what you wrote here, and I can relate to a lot of it too, especially that part about exercise! Who knew that it could actually be enjoyable and, YES, life-affirming??? Crazy!
