Support Groups in Lancaster County area?

I was wondering if there are any support groups in the Lancaster county area?  I had my surgery at Abington Hospital but dont want to travel there all of the time.

Check at Lancaster General... or with Dr. Braders office down there... I am sure he has one... and so does the hospital... good luck...
