Thursday Roll Call!
Morning everyone!
Yesterday kicked my butt - had the MRI mid-day at Fox Chase, and had to fast for 4 hours beforehand... plus the MRI itself was 5 mins short of 2 FREAKIN HOURS in the machine. I had to pee SO bad it wasn't funny by the time they let me out of it! So I didn't eat or drink for over 6 hours mid-day, which threw my entire schedule off. I ended up buying a roasted turkey breast and mashed potatoes on the way home (pureed the turkey, stirred into some garlic mashed potatoes, sprayed with Olivio - yum!), the supplementing with another protein shake later just to get my protein in. Never did quite catch up on the water - just couldn't get it all in by 11 PM when i went to bed.
Today, got up and continued my 30-day challenge with EA Active - was lower-body focused today, so lots of running, kicking, squats, lunges, and lunge-jumps (OUCH!). I'm still really liking that program! 20 mins and I'm sweating, heart's pumping, muscles are tired... all the hallmarks of a good workout.
Working today - no appointments or meetings, thankfully. Hopefully can get caught up on a bunch of stuff!
Tomorrow morning is my ultrasound, so I have to push 32 oz of water by 6 AM so I have a full bladder. That should be fun. Kind of the opposite of yesterday.
Sigh.
I'm looking for some clear weather! This gloomy stuff is getting me down!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to stop in quick and say hello. I am being pulled in a 1,000 different directions these days and my head is spinning, so I havent had much time to get on here for more than a minute lately. I will have to try posting the daily exercise at night...no time in the mornings anymore. Hope everyone is doing well.
