Surgery May 26th

Just began my 4 day liquid -pre-surgery diet.....I guess I won't be attending any Memorial Day picnics over the weekend...lol

I am excited and anxious and a bit nervous......Hard to keep my mind on anything else right now. 

Tough weekend to start but you can do it - yeah, picnics would not be your friend this weekend but there will be many more Memorial Day weekend picnics to celebrate and you'll feel so much better for having skipped this one. Good luck with the liquids - first 2 days are the hardest but you can do it.

Hi Beachlady. I'm right there with you. I'm having surgery on th 27th. I'm 4 days into an 8 days liquid diet. It's tough, but do-able!

Good luck.  I am sure you will be fine this weekend...soon you will be on the Losers' Bench with us.

You can do it!  Think how much better Memorial Day will be next year!

I'm just purchasing goodies for my week of liquids (coming up June 11th).
Keep me (us) posted on how it's going!  I welcome any and all tips to make it though the week!

If you find anything really tasty that satisfies you (as much as you could possibly be satisfied on liquids)...please let me know!

Thank you to all who have sent their well wishes.  IT has been a busy weekend...Really have
'nt gotten a chance to get on the computer.  I will drop a line once I get home and get settledd.  The liquid diet wasn't too bad...the smell of all the grilling was a bit bothersome. 

Make room for me on the losers bench!!!!!!!!!!!!!
