Good Morning All!!

Here's my plan for the day - if my pouchie cooperates!

B: egg and cheese sandwich
S: cheddar cheese
L: pierogies with cheddar cheese
S: fage and peaches
D: not sure...
S: protein shake

32oz decaf iced coffee and maybe a rita's ice.... on and TONS of water

Hey everybody, here's my plan for the day:

B - 1% cottage cheese with yogurt & sliced almonds
S - Decaf Coffee with non-dairy creamer
L - Salad w/ griled chicken, 1% cottage cheese & sliced almonds
S - muscle Milk banana flavor
D - Who knows?

E - will either walk a few miles or ride my bike for a few miles...IDK yet.
