Have you had a workup (including blood work) at your doctor's?  Seems that would be a good place to start, to make sure there's nothing else going on (infection, other nutritional imbalance, Lyme disease ... make sure they check for Lyme at this time of year especially!.etc.).

Hey there stranger! I take 2500 mg of B12 sublingually too and my numbers have been in the gutter until recently. I would call your surgeon or PCP and get a full vitamin/mineral workup. Also have them check your iron levels. How are you doing with food/exercise etc? I know you are busy with school and all that too and maybe it is just catching up with you!

Hope all is well - we missed you last weekend!

Liz

PS - how are your protein and fluid intake?

I'm on the shots... and they don't help me at all with that... but being tired like that can be a number of things that are low... get some blood work done ...

yes! if you are feeling a significant difference in your energy I would get it checked ASAP, low B12 can lead to neurological disorders and low levels or other vitamins can be very bad too - better to get poked and extra time!!

I was really tired until I started going to my PCP once a month for B12 shots.
Also, make sure that you are hitting your protein goal.
I would definitely get my blood work done now and not wait until July.
If you are deficiant in anything - it is better to know at once and work on getting
it corrected.

do you exercise regularly? I was always tired until I got my ass in gear and started running.

Just a thought.
