Sticking to the Basics - Wednesday

Good Morning All!!!

Here is my rough plan:

B: english muffin with lite cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: chicken soup
S: cheese and a few crackers
D: something I'll pick up from the store
S: protein shake

I haven't posted my disclaimer this week so here it goes "NOTE: my dietary needs are different now that I am expecting - 2000 calories, 100 g carbs, 90g protein)

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Banana w/pb
L: Small sandwich on arnold bakery round; sf pudding
S: Protein bar
D: Breakfast casserole

Here's my daily plan:

B - Beryers Light Probiotic yogurt mixed with 1% sm. Curd Cottage Cheese
S - Coffee (decaf w/ cream)
L - 1 cup of vegetarian chili & 1 cup of salad greens with 1 oz grilled chicken
S - Muscle Milk Vanilla
D - Dont know yet...might just have a double scoop protein shake...


Daily Totals

Calories - 600
Carbs - 55g
Protein - 83g

F/F, S/F pudding and 1/3 banana
Indian Peanut Chicken, veggie soup
Protein bar, veggie soup with cheese
Meatloaf, salad
Fudgesicles
