Sounds like your week went really well. That feeling of not being hungry is a blessing, isn't it? (I was SO afraid of being hungry afterward and not being able to eat and that isn't an issue at all now.)
The dizziness was something I had, too... was mostly my body just being exhausted and telling me when I should stop pushing it. As long as you're getting all your fluids in, I wouldn't worry too much on that end. Went away for me within about a week and a half.
It's awesome that you're seeing the positive health effects of the surgery so soon, as well. That BP is wonderful! And the relief from reflux must also be heavenly! Makes the weight loss itself seem almost "incidental" doesn't it?
