Tuesday exercise!!
well, nobody has started it.. so here goes.
Lunch time I went out in the neighborhood and walked/jogged about 1.6 miles in about 30 minutes. This included a pretty big hill that I had a really hard time walking up the first time I tried!!
Later today I meet with the trainer. I assume we will be working on arms. I think it's been a month, also, so we may be doing weigh in and measurements!!

Did my morning walk/run - with hand weights, so added in a bunch of arm, back and upper body work. Probably looked like a fool while doing it, but am reaching the "who cares" point... and boy was I wiped at the end of it, even though the distance wasn't quite as long as usual (1.3 instead of 1.5 miles).
I was so excited - got home and my package from Amazon was here - with my EA Active for Wii (YAY!) and a second set of resistance bands and cords for Katie so we can work out together. I'll be trying it tonight and will let y'all know what I think!

Cycled 14 miles on the VF trail.
I just started a certification program to become a personal trainer. Looking forward to diving into the material. After I complete the program I hope to work with bariatric clients.
Tomorrow will be a 3 mile run on the treadmill.
Best to all of you.
