Today is my first oncologist visit.  Hopefully he'll have a plan that we can move through quickly to figure out what's going on, so I can get on track for a followup with dr. Pupkova.  My daughter's going with me and yes, I'm nervous.

Katie started painting the kitchen yesterday (we figured we'd pay her instead of some random stranger) so things are in chaos.... but it's already looking really good.

today has me working 7-3:30.
probably going to gym for cardio over lunch
After work, meet with trainer at the gym
tonight-support group at my hospital.. Abby, you going to be there????

Well it's before noon, so I guess I can say good morning!

I developed a major migraine last night at work.  Well, I think it was a migraine.  Never had one before...but dear jimminy christmas...I was a wreck last night.  Of course being the stubborn one I am...worked through it because we were short and busy.  Nothing like dry heaving in between patients to make you a miserable sarcastic witch.  Meds weren't touching me.  Got myself home and took some benadryl along with a few other things and got 3 hours of sleep and am now feeling close to normal.  At least I can see and am not nauscious!  LOL  Yes,I can laugh about it now.

Anyway...on to today.  I want to organize my room a little bit as the last few days I've just kind of thrown things around...so it looks like a bomb went off in there.

Hubby and I might go out later today...not to sure as of yet.

I also have follow up phone calls to make.

Afternoon everyone. I'm cranky, but here. Started my pre op liquid fast today. Still, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

So far today, I met my sister for breakfast instead of going to the gym. My plan was to go to the gym after but my stomach was jacked up after eating so home I went. It was nice to see my sister as I haven't since Jan.
I am going to go walking in a bit to get my exercise in for the day.
Just cleaning and hanging out for the better part of the day. It has been a heck of a week and back to work for me tomorrow.
I hope you are all doing well. I am hoping to get to the support group tomorrow night, my son has a baseball game so it depends on what time that ends.

Hey Chris - I am trying to get there tomorrow night also - I will be in New York during the day - have tickets to Jersey Girl! YAY!  I should be back at Neshaminy Mall around 7ish - then a quick ride up Route 1 and I shouldn't be too late!  If you make it - save me seat!

Hi Liz, I am gun shy about posting roll call for a while after my embarassing thing I did over the weekend. I am at work...we had staff development all day because of election day. I have been trying to get my food back on track, but have failed miserably lately. My exercise has sucked because I am on crutches for a broken foot. Argh!!!! Anywho, I will be heading home in a little while and then just chilling for the evening. Crocheting is about the only thing I have to do, as I can't walk much, or drive at all, due to the foot.
