Lizs cooking support group

Well another great day at Lizs................the food was great, so much....so legal too....and again Liz thank you for opening up your home to us WLS 'ers......................I came home and made all the grilled veggies again.....I am going to do that salad with the brown rice...it was so good...........................................forgot to taste the cheescake that was made........well next time.....My ride down was great too because I had company with Tara from Schuylkill Haven and we gabbed so much the time went fast driving home.........................again Liz thank you for your warmth and hospitalty for your open home........

Thank You Lois for your very kind words and for brining Tanya down with you!! I always look forward to cooking class saturday and seeing everyone! OMG the cheese cake is to die for!! I'll be making that often!

I will try and get the recipes posted tonight all, I've been so exhausted at night!

I havent been on here for a while but remember hearing about this last time I was on the site.  If it is open to anyone, my wife and I are both post-RNY and would love to learn some more about cooking some different things. Please let me know when the next one is coming up.

Liz's cooking group is held at her house and is open to anyone and everyone and is always an amazing time!

The date is always a Saturday - but it changes monthly due to schedules and what not.

Hope to see you there next month (date hasn't been announced yet!)
