Good Morning Ladies - HEre is a rough plan for today

B: few crackers with cheese on the way to my appt.
S: probably nothing
L: I was thinking soup from Panera bread
S: peaches and fage
D: seafood soup
S: gonna try for a protein shake, I've been falling asleep before I can have my snack at night

What's on your plan today?

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Strawberries & banana
L: Tuna on arnold bakery round; crackers
S: SF pudding
D: Cheesesteak on bakery round; salad

E: Walk; bike

I know I say this all the time, but I love this post!

B:  oikos yogurt/ 1/2 cup of kashi high protein cereal (21 grams of protein)
L:  3 ounces of reduced fat cheese and 1/2 banana  (24 grams of protein)
D: chicken and salad    (24 grams of protein)
S:  half a metrx protein bar   (15 grams of protein)

here's my VERY rough plan - so much up in the air with the dr. visit and how long that might take...

B:  Choc Banana Matrix protein shake
S:  Activia light yogurt
L:  Homemade chicken salad with fage yogurt instead of mayo
S:  SF pudding
D:  Meatballs with ricotta, mushrooms, and onions


E:  Did 1.3 miles this morning walk/run WITH hand-weights and upper body  (whew!)
      tonight, probably a Wii workout - running, hula hoop, strength, and balance

HI Karen,
I wanted to let you know that I make chicken salad with fat free cream cheese - I also make tuna salad and salmon salad the same way.  It's really delicious!  I am going to try it with Fage Yogurt too - that sounds wonderful.

I sometimes add fage yogurt to my soups to add additional protein (and it makes it creamy too)

L - Tabatchnick Vegetarian Chili w/ 2 TSB of shredded sharp cheddar
S - Muscle Milk Strawberries'n Creme
D - Dont know yet.

B:  egg white, cheese, canadian bacon
S:  cheese and 3 triscuits
L: lean cuisean meal and brussels sprouts
S: sugar free oatmeal raisin cookie
D: pizza
S: watermellon
