Ok...what did you do to exercise this weekend and what are you planning to do today?

I bought a WII and a WII fit yesterday, so I played around with the WII Fit last night.  Tonight I will go to Karate and then to the gym for some cardio.

How about you??

I just got back from a marathon run thru Walmart for some groceries and stuff - tonight I will be heading to Curves. This week I start the full 3 rounds on the equipment - hope I can make it!!

I did my elliptical this morning and am walking on my lunch. I was laid up with a migraine this weekend. Haven't had one since before the surgery don't know what triggered it but I think I lost a whole pound because I was nauseous and throwing up the whole weekend. I know TMI:)

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Taking my daughter for a bike ride this evening when I get home from work...We call it an "extreme" bike ride because its ALL up hill to where she wants to go...Its about a mile so it should be a good fat burner for the both of us (eventhought I need it more).

Hi Heather - I am taking today off.  I ran the DE Relay Marathong yesterday - my part was 6.55 miles.  I did really well (didn't break any world records though) but I am a little tight and tired today.  I love running in races though - it's fun to run through the street of the city.  Have fun with the Wii.  Everytime I play it I giggle so hard my abs hurt!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I've been alternating the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout for Wii (excellent, btw), 1.5 mile walk/runs,  the Wii fit workout, and Wii Tennis (with the kids - it can be a workout!).

I planned to get to the Wellness Center today to figure out a plan, but ended up in all-day meetings until after they were closed.  SO... that will have to wait until tomorrow. 

Tonight I'll be going for a walk/run, as I did the Gold's cardio for 20 mins this morning.

This weekend there was no exercise for me except for digging through great sale items at the nearly new sale. 

Today, however, I went to spin class and did leg work!
