Good Morning!
B: Chicken/Spinach/White Cheddar Sausage with greek yogurt (YUMMY!)
S: Activia Light Yogurt
L: Homemade chicken salad w/ greek yogurt
S: SF Pudding
D: Probably chopped meatballs with onion/mushrooms and SF tomato sauce
E: 20 mins Gold Gym Cardio this morning (whew! my upper body is still sore from 2 days ago!)
1.5 miles walk/jog tonight if the weather holds, otherwise maybe pilates and/or wii step aerobics
