Well, after a little over 2 weeks I had my first Post-op visit with the PA. It was more education and Q&A, but I did like the fact that we spent a lot of time talking about fills. My band is currently empty, but I am getting full after small meals. Now I am only eating Pureed foods, but I can tell when I am full and for the first time probably since I was 2yo, I did not clean my plate yesterday and just knew when to stop. So far I cannot complain about the band and I am scheduled to go back for my 1st fill in about a month in a half or sooner if I think I need it. Again, so far I would say no, but I need to see what happens going forward. Been doing a lot of walking and working out in the yard with no issues. I am still not allowed to do any heavy lifting for awhile, but I don't have anything to do currently. Don't ask me why, but my wife says I seem to be sleeping much better and I have not woken up with one of my killer caffeine headaches since surgery.
Oh, when I started this before my 6 month classes for insurance, but weight was a whopping 354 lbs. Yesterday at the doctors office I weighed in at 328 lbs.

That's GREAT progress! Awesome job. You're already seeing the benefits in the sleep and lack of headaches, as well. That must be very rewarding.
It's great to suddenly have the ability to sense when you're full and be able to stop at that point. That's a significant portion of the battle I think!
Congratulations!
