Ok...I am running late....if someone else already posted, then just ignore me :)

What is everyone doing to move today?  I KNOW there has to be more people exercising than the few that post every day...right????

Tonight I will hit the gym for an extra long cardio workout.  Also want to focus on legs and a light arm workout.  Nothing too exciting or different...

I am a repulsive lazy toad, and I will not be going to the gym.

The combintion of a lousy work day yesterday and a potpouri of digestive maladies was enough to keep me in bed late this morning.

just came from the gym.. 1/2 hour cardio.. improving my distance every time I am there.  I AM going to do the 5K with my daughter on 5/31.  I will start before the runners start, but I WILL do it.. I have to prove to myself that I CAN!!!!  We are going over to Lehigh Parkway on Sunday to do some practicing, but they will not be on the course.  I'm going to see if the coach will show me the course so I can work on it on my own before hand.  We are also going over there on Memorial Day for a trial run of the actual course.  I will be sure to be there that day, as well, and get some time in.

HI Heather - good job going to the gym!  My "trainer" has forbidden me to do anything heavy 2 days before the marathon relay, so, I think we may take a walk after going out for dinner.  Just taking it easy and doing a lot of stretching.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Good Luck Beth.

Today I cycled 14 miles followed by a 20 min. run/walk. Training for a 5K and possibly a dualathelon in August. Today was the first time I tried to combine the ride and run. It was tough but glad I gave it a shot.
