B: Cereal, Greek Yogurt, Chike and nuts, banana
S: Fiber/protein bar
L: Salad with chili
S: veggie soup, s/f, f/f pudding
D: Salad, fish
S: Fudgesicles

Breakfast: Wheybolic Protein Shake w/soy milk (27grams of protein)
Lunch: Reduced fat cheese, whole wheat crackers (24 grams of protein)
Dinner: taking my son to dinner so I dont know what I will be having but I have promised myself it will be high in protein, I won't eat the bread, I won't drink anything with my meals.
Snack: peanut butter
