'Morning Ladies!

I don't feel so well but I will eat whatever I can and concentrate on fluids!

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: fage with peaches
L: 1 slice thin crust pizza with mushrooms and onions
S: cheddar cheese
D: sushi! (the cooked stuff!)
S: protein shake

What's on your plan for today?

I don't know what I'ma gonna do, I have a miserable toothache and am looking for a dentist

S:  Fiber/protein bar
L:  Salad with chili
S:  veggie soup, s/f, f/f pudding
D:  Salad, fish
S:  Fudgesicles

Good morning and TGIF!!!

B: 2 poached eggs with cheese
S: FF plain yogurt with SF peach preserves
L: Smart Chili with yogurt and fresh mozz. cheese
S: Applesauce
D: Protein shake

E:  20 min wii aerobics, 10 mins pilates, 1.5 mi walking (tonight)

I love this post and am so grateful to you for it!

Breakfast: Wheybolic Protein Shake w/soy milk (27grams of protein)
Lunch: Reduced fat cheese, whole wheat crackers (24 grams of protein)
Dinner: taking my son to dinner so I dont know what I will be having but I have promised myself it will be high in protein, I won't eat the bread, I won't drink anything with my meals.
Snack:  peanut butter

B- ricotta cheese (1/4C regular, 1/4 C fat free)
L- 0% fage with sf syrup
D-?? Going out. Either chilli and sald or steak and baked potato
S- shiratki and meat sauce
