Thursday exercise

What is everyone doing today?   No gym for me.  But, I plan on spending my Friday night on the treadmill.....leg work....and a bit of light arm work.

Curves tonight, then walk with the dog. Should be getting measured tonight to see if I've lost inches and next week I start on the full 3 times around. I know for some of you youngsters out there it wouldn't be enough of a work-out, but for an old lady like me it makes me nasty sweaty and works this battered body pretty good!

did 30 mins upper body strength training over lunch.. might go back after work and do cardio..or I might lay down and take a nap!
