Stickin to the Basics - Tuesday

Good Morning All!!

OK so  I have yet another dietary needs change so here is a new disclaimer - basically I am NOT the model WLS patient for the next 8 months.... 2000 calories (WTH?!) 90 grams protien and 100 grams carbs! Holy Hannah where am I am going to fit all of this food!!!

B: Egg Sandwich wth cheese on english muffin
S: cheddar cheese (full fat) and a few crackers
L: not sure - have to pick something up
S: fage or pudding
D: I don't remember if I took somthing out- maybe a chicken breast if not - they thaw quickly!
S: protein shake and cheesecake with strawberry topping!

OY LOL mix all that with morining (all day) sickness this is going to be a tough few weeks but I CAN DO IT!!!

What's on your more sensible meal plan for today?

Hi Liz - sorry to hear you're feeling so lousy - but it won't last much longer, right?

Here is my plan for today...

B: Mini-egg quiche; 1/2 arnold bakery round
S: Banana
L: 3 oz filet mignon; 1/2 baked sweet potato (didn't have this for dinner last night)
S: Protein bar
D: Pork chop; salad

E: Curves

First time i can answer this in advance ... haha!

B.  protein shake
S. plain yogurt with SF "all fruit" blackberry preserves
L. Broccoli Cheddar soup with greek yogurt
S. plain yogurt with SF "all fruit" blackberry preserves
D. Pureed chicken breast with 1 tbsp mashed potatoes (probably... or a protein shake)

Here's the plan.  I have decided to try hoodia to see if it cuts down on the cravings and appetite....today is day one. 

B:  Coffee
S:  egg white, lite cheese, turkey sausage, lite english muffin
L:  steamed beef and chicken
S:  sun chips, cheese
D:  won ton soup
S:  Cheese and triscuits

L - Dont know yet
S - Muscle Milk Chocolate Malt RTD Protein
D - Dont know yet

Sorry for the IDK's but I havent got into the swing of things this week yet.  Thank God its only Tuesday.
