Saltines?
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I tried em this morning.. umm .. for now .. NO!! They made me feel like i swallowed a gallon of sea water. my mouth was all yucky.

I have managed to keep down some pretzels and flat diet fresca. but i feel like im always on the urge of it!! GRRRRR

Im wondering if the mint tea might be helpful.

Try unsalted Saltines that always worked for me but also the mint or peppermint tea works very well for nausea. Hope you are feeling better soon. Take Care:)

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

The consolation - bad morning sickness is generally not present in women who are going to miscarry! That's what gets me through it!! Crackers before I get out of bed and never let your stomach get empty! This morning I was rampantly dry heaving for a few hours - sucks! I see the nurse in an hour I'll be sure to ask and fill you in! I am right there with you - hang in there sweetie!!

ohhh the joys of pregnancy. I had it so bad with my last one that they actually put me on anti-nausea medicine they give people going through chemo treatments.

Anyway, of course check with your doc, but when I was preggo with my boys my mid-wife told me it was safe to take dramamine or benadryl - and it really worked.

As far as the saltine stuff, not sure I buy any of it. But it's always worth a try.

Sorry I can't help. I was very lucky and did not have morning sickness when I was preggo.  Just wanted to pop in and say I hope it gets better.

Tanya - the nurse reccomended I get one of those sea sickness bracelet bands you can get at the drug store - she said it works wonders for some women! Oh and she also said not to worry unless you can't get fluids in for 24 hours. So suffer thru we shall! *hugs*
