Eating Healthy on a Budget

If you want to eat healthy and save money, let us help! Every week we'll offer a new healthy recipe featuring ingredients from our current circular, where you'll find Bonus Buy Savings that can help you stretch your food dollars.

Get your taste buds ready for this flavorful recipe. Place the rub ingredients under the chicken skin before grilling so that they remain on the meat when you remove the skin before eating. Grill some corn on the cob and serve cole slaw or broccoli salad on the side. Finish with refreshing cantaloupe for dessert.

Chicken with Spicy Lime Rub
Makes 4, 3-oz servings
Prep time: 15 minutes plus marinating time
Cook time: 50 minutes

1 GIANT lime for juice and grated peel

<-------- I'm a little dense and slow.

At first I was thinking "What the heck are GIANT limes and GIANT scallions"

Oh, DUUUUHHHH it's an email from the foodstore GIANT, where I shop about 3 times a week.

Told ya, slow on the uptake some days.

Thanks, Nan, I might have to try this!
