Great news Karen! It's just one of many times you surprise yourself.

Now here's some advice from a crusty old timer:

You had your surgery only a few weeks ago. YOU ARE NOT AT A STALL.

Put away your scale and weigh yourself once a week, and once a week only. Weigh first thing in the morning, wearing only what the good Lord gave you when you came into the world. Do it the same day, and around the same time if possible.

You will drive yourself absolutely insane if you're trying to track your weigh on a daily basis at this point in your journey.

Once a week!

Great news!!!  The smaller sizes to me are even more exciting than the pounds lost!!Enjoy the 16s for now, but you will soon be in a 14

Even better... HUBBY actually NOTICED!!! (that never happens).  His comment when he walked in from work "WOW, look at YOU!"

I am so happy for you Karen. This is just the beginning, make sure you journal this, you never want to forget the moment. Wear them often because you wont be in them for long!
