Upcoming Surgeries

Hello everyone...

I notice on this forum there is a link to upcoming surgeries...any idea how your name/surgery date magically appears?  Jut wondering ...my surgery is this month and it would be nice to be on it ...not for personal gratification mind you, just for support and well wishes.
