Here is the rough plan for the day

B: 1/2 bagel with light cream cheese that isn't sitting well at all
S: steak bits
L: homemade beef lo mein with broccoli and zucchini
S: tapioca pudding
D: not sure something on the run
S: same here - something on the run

What's on your menu today??

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Banana
L: Pizza
S: Strawberries and sf dark chocolate pudding
D: Taco salad (homemade)

E: Bike; walk with the dog

I'm trying to be good today as I know I'm going out to dinner w/a friend tomorrow night and the opps will be there.

I was up at 6, made hubby's lunch and didn't snack (which has been a day starter/bad habit that HAS to go) but made myself 4 roast beef rollups with parmesan/garlic herb CC spread and onion inside.   Just ate those at 7:45 and they barely made a dent in my pouch, but I'm sticking by them; heck it shows up as almost 400 cals on fitday!    Will get my DD late lite at 10am and HOPEFULLY I can stick to just PROFECT and liquids after that.   It's Witchy time and I need to keep that carb-sucking ***** at bay today.    People, start praying for me, I need you prayers badly...

Sending some will power your way! Although my breakfast was total waste of calories (bagel). I love doing roast beef rollups like that!! I use the low fat cheese and that cuts down a lot on the calories

im 8 months post op..

Feeling blah!!

B: 1/2 skim, kashi cereal
S: Ive been craving sala. So spinach and tuna. lol
L: not sure. Maybe more tuna
S: Yogurt with pretzels( if belly is still turning)
D: Im making pork tenderloin, veggie and mashed taters
S: Probably nothing. Im trying but i feel ill by the end of the day!!
