I have NEVER been more miserable in my entire life
If you are allowed full liquids, a filling meal will be chobani plain f/f s/f yogourt with Jell-o fat free sugar free pie and pudding mix (just the powder) add to it to taste. Its good protein and very thick. My favorites are banana cream or pistachio. Blend it with a for****il all the powder is absorbed.
So honey suck it up - its only a few more days and trust me after that you won't even want to think about food for a while!! Have as much broth (I bought good canned soups and strained the noodles and veggies - that broth has more substance and taste and seemed more filling) - and know that you're doing what's best for your body and the surgery.

I have saved the'cheating' until now. I am human and thus entitled to screw up but never on allow it on a grand scale just a bite or two here and there.
You can do this!!
The girls have given you a lot of great advice. I drank protein shakes several times a day. I had the cappuccino Nectar with milk and the peach Nectar with water and peach tea powder. I also ate pudding made with milk. I think I had yogurt too. One day when I was feeling really light headed I made my self 1 scrambled egg. It helped calm me down.
WaWa has great chicken soup. Take a 16oz coffee cup and have them put just broth in the cup. I drank these daily. After the 10 day diet I felt empowered. I had actually accomplished something. I did only lose 6lbs, that was kind of frustrating. But I do not have a scale at home so I did not know how much I had lost until surgery day.
I had my surgery on Aug 27th. I am now down 100lbs! You will do great and Dr. Boe will take good care of you.
