Sticking to the Basics - Thursday

Alright - I am 2 years and 3months ish out and 5 weeks pregnant.

B: 1/2 egg sandwich with cheese
S: tapioca pudding
L: have to get something - I am thinking chicken or salad or chicken salad! lol
S: fage
D: beef lo mein (home made)
S: ice pop

I am feeling extra special kind of nauseous this morning so this is my goal - there will be plenty of saltines on hand in case that is all I can tolerate!!

Hi Liz - I'm almost 15 months out and NOT pregnant...phew!

B:  Mini-Egg quiche; lite ww english muffin w/sf jelly
S:  Banana w/PB
L:  Turkey w/cheese on bakery round; strawberries
S:  Protein bar
D:  Crab cakes; salad
S:  Nuts

E:  Curves

 Im 8 months out! 4 weeks pregnant and well BLAH!!

B: Tried some eggs.. no go..
B: take two .. Tried alittle OJ!! NO GO!!!
Im gonna wait alittle and try some crackers!!
S:probably crackers!!
L: I have tuna salad and spinach
S: yogurt
D: Pork tenderlion veggie and taters
S: ice pop or slim a bear.. maybe.

Good heavens I'm surrounded by preggos out here - HELP!! Thank goodness my husband had the BIG 'V' a few months ago or I'd have to excuse myself from these threads for fear of 'catching' this bug - LOL!!! Trust me, a pregnant grandmother is not a pretty thing!!

Hi All,

I'm 13 months out and NOT pregnant.

B: Fasting for an ultra sound at 11:00.
S: Fasting
L: Banana and protein bar
S: Chobani
D: Salmon on the grill and salad

Sunday night was in the ER with most likely a gallbladder atack. We'll find out today hopefully.

Exercise: Cycling 20-25 miles this afternoon if it doesn't RAIN.

I am back on the boards after a long absence due to lots of travel with work and I LOVE when people journal food together - I think its a great tool!  So, first of all - thanks,

Today I am not pregnant and considering I have had a total hysterectomy, probably won't be anytime soon :), so I am eating:

Breakfast:  GNC Wheybolic Protein Shake (Cookies and Cream - yummy) - 30 grams of protein
Lunch: Black Bean Soup (Bowl) - 19 grams of protein
Dinner: Salad w/Salmon - 24 grams of protein
Snack:  Fage w/fruit(not the fruit added but I add my own) - 15 grams of protein
