kind of embarrassing bathroom question

I have a friend who is morbidly obese and has trouble cleaning herself after using the bathroom.  Are there any devices that anyone ever used to help with this?

I've heard people using tongs to hold the bathroom tissue to give an extended reach.  She might also do well with instead of using just bathroom tissue to clean herself with a wet wipe (like a baby wipe) either before or after (or both) to help.

If she has so much trouble that just urinating causes problems cleaning, she can use a "squirt bottle" (like the old fashioned condiment bottles) with warm water to squirt.  We do this with women who have just given birth and can't bend to well.
