Friday Fitness!

Can't wait to get into the pool tonight!  Looking forward to some laps and one, possibly, two classes - deep water walking and water aerbics! We shall see what I have the stamina for - just got bak to the pool this week! :)

Ok so my original plan was to do nothing in the way of physical activity today besides lifting a laundry basket due to every freaking muscle hurting from all the painting I did yesterday (I swear...I had scrambled eggs for breakfast and it hurt to chew!  I'm such a wuss!)

However...I can't do that cause it's just not how I live my life.

Although I have no plans for "real" exercise, I am taking my car out and vaccuuming it, washing it by hand etc etc etc to move a little bit.  I know it will make my aches better in the long run anyway.

Went to the gym this morning and did 52 mins on the elipitical and 25 on the bike....weights tomorrow.
