Wednesday workout warriors!!

What will you do to move today...what did you do yesterday?

Last night I was in a meeting until later than planned, so I didn't get to the gym.  Tonight will be another running around, hectic night, so probably won't make it to the gym either.....I am shooting for a good workout tomorrow night.

How about you...my little workout warriors???

I'm meeting some girl friends for dinner tonight so I am taking the night off from working out - just hoping I can find something decent to eat - we're going to OIive Garden and I'm not a huge fan, but I guess there is something on that menu without a ton of pasta.

I did, however, dust my bike off last night and got a very good 25 minute ride in, thank you very much! It felt great, altho it really stresses the dog out because he watches me like a hawk when I'm on it and when I'm done he's jumping all over me, kissing me - maybe he thinks I'm having a heart attack or something?! LOL!! but it was a good work-out - glad I finally found the motivation to get back in the saddle.

Hey there Heather...

I ended up running 6 miles last night so today will be a lighter workout.  I will go to the gym and probably do the ARC trainer and then upper body with the machines.  I can't go to the gym tomorrow night because I am heading out to Lancaster for the support group and Friday we are going to the Phillies game, so, the next time I run will be Saturday morning.  Have a great day!

I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, and I'm done for the day!

As it gets nicer out, I may actually venture out for a "real" run in the "real" world and see how my body takes to that.

Isn't the real question 'how the real world will take to your body'???   I bow down to the work-out king! You might have to beat the ladies off as you run.

Did 1.52 miles this morning... will be doing some pilates around lunchtime and if the weather holds will do another 1.5 miles later this afternoon.  It felt GOOD to get back outside after the last few days of rain, rain, rain!

Hey there Heather and all the rest of you!

Today, I am going to go to the gym at lunch time and get on the treadmill.  No strength training today.. need to let the muscles heal from yesterday.

Just got back from the gym - 45 minutes step aerobics and 45 minutes weight and abs.  I started Latin dance lessons the other night and loved it!!!!  It will be another enjoyable way to move and groove.

Off topic - the girls are feeling better and looking more similar to each other.  Massage, massage, massage.

I ran 5 miles yesterday morning and again this morning.  I got my time down to 45 minutes this morning - so I am really getting back on track.  Im quite sore in my belly today - muscles are finally starting to work a little after the surgery.  I will only do the 5 miles a day for another week and a half until I can rebuild my stregnth.  Sadly no lifting or weights until July.

Arlene - glad you reported on the girls.  I will be scheduling mine for mid-July and I am interested in hearing about recovery times.  Also the latin dance classes sound absolutly fun!!
