***Rainy Wednesday Roll Call***
Well I am THRILLED about today...it's my first night off for 4 in a row and then when I do go back to work it's in jersey.
Of course, I have most of the days "filled" with stuff already, but fun and relaxing stuff!
Today I am doing my two fav things: Cooking and sleeping.
I decided for Mothers day to make mom a special dinner package...so I'm making perogies by hand and stuffed cabbage (I can't spell it the polish way) My grandmother makes the stuffed cabbage but hasn't in a very long time...and none of us have really ever attempted perogies (to my knowledge) so I'm excited to be able to do this. Two of my moms favs.
In between, I'll be napping.
And, uh...some SUN please????

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
