Am I doing something wrong ??
I hit a 4 month stall from month 3-7. Talk about frustrating.
Well, after discussing it at a support meeting, I found out that the body gets locked into a holding pattern unless you give yourself a wide variety of food. Try changing the kinds of things you are taking in and vary your exercise routine. Even if you take in the same calories as before, they need to be different for your body to get a shift in thinking. Afer I changed up my foods, I lost 50# in a matter of days. I know this is an abnormal amount to lose that quickly, but it was a 4 month stall. You can also chart your progess by taking measurements. You may see them change before the scale moves.
