Tuesday Workouts...
Last night I bagged my meeting and went to karate instead. I am still having limits in my range of motion, so I participated as best as I could. There were only 4 of us in the class and twice someone came up to grab me and I had to tell them NOT to touch me LOL. The last thing I need is someone throwing me down or yanking my arms behind my back. I can't wait until I am completely healed and there isnt a risk of knocking an implant out of place or pulling an incission too far. I have this irrational fear that my scars are going to burst wide open or it will hurt to be touched. I cringe any time someone comes near me!
Tonight I have a meeting that I can NOT bag....so depending on how late that runs, I will try to get to the gym for cardio.

*yawn* I got my ass outta bed this morning that has to count for something! lol I am sooo tired! I am going to look online tonight at some prenatal exercise DVDs and order one up! RIght now I can barely handle cooking dinner - all in time though!
Glad that you rae able to get back to karate! When I had my thyroidectomy I was so afraid that my neck was going to burst open I was afraid to turn my head!!

Well, since I've started Curves I've been promising myself that on the nights I don't go to Curves I will ride my exercise bike. At this point its going to need a major dusting off before I can do that! But I will dust it off tonight - I will put my MP3 player on - and I WILL RIDE MY DAMN BIKE! Its just a matter of getting back into that routine but like Liz I've been tired at night - UNLIKE Liz I do not have the pregnancy excuse!! Just old age....LOL!!

Today, I am considering going to the gym at lunch and getting on the treadmill.. not sure yet.
I will definitely be going at 4:30, though, because today is personal trainer day. We will most likely do upper body work since we have not done that together yet. There is a spin class tonight that I would like to do, but it depends on how wiped I am after Rocco's beat down. LOL!

Promised the kids a bike ride tonight. So if it isn't raining that is the plan. Wish I had time for the gym today, but my sister is in surgery today and I will have 4 children from 3 o'clock on today - have to skip my lunch hour to make sure I'm home in time for them. We do what we can I guess. Glad to see your doing good Heather - sure do miss you.

Getting SO sick of this weather!!!!
I did half (20 mins) of a new Pilates DVD this morning. First time trying Pilates and I can see how it can really tone! I felt it!
Followed that up with 25 mins on Wii Fit - Hula hoop advanced, step aerobics, yoga, balance exercises
Still not as good as that brisk walk, but if the weather clears, I plan to do that later in the day.
