Yay- surgery date scheduled (again!)

So I just heard from the surgeon's office.  My surgery is now scheduled for 5/12/09.    YAY!

My sinus infection is better, no longer coughing, almost of the prednisone-  and SOOO glad to have my surgery date scheduled again!  

It feels like I've been waiting weeks, but I was just there on Tuesday for the surgery!  Weird.. I just looked at the calendar and was like- wait- was that really earlier this week?!?!

My brother is healing well from his Open RNY.   I am actually glad I was here and well this week to help out with making protein drinks, etc.   I've gotten to sample alot along the way as well.  I can tolerate most of the chocolates and vanillas, but I tried some nectar iced tea and almost threw up!  

I have a full stock pile of crystal light and all other kinds of sugarless drinks and lots of different protein samples here so I am ready!!

I am glad it is back on and I am glad the timing allowed you to be there for your brother

A Tuesday is a good day for surgery! That's when mine was :) but in jaunary! lol

Glad that you are able to help your brother out and your day will be here so soon!! That isjust over a week away!

PS - you MAY like that protein after surgery - your tastes are going to drastically change! SOunds funny but they do
