Alrighty everyone - friday is here! YAY! My menu this week is all over th eplace - things have been so crazy that I couldn't prep as well as I like to.

B: 1/2 bagel with light cream cheese
S: Fage with chocolate pudding mix
L: leftover salad with chicken from yesterday
S: peaches and maybe some cheddar cheese
D: not sure - I'll figure it out when I get home - maybe trout and a veggie
S: pudding maybe

Shilpa, today the baby wants NOTHING I am nauseous - so I guess there should be a fair amount of saltines added into my menu...

Hi Liz - love your new tracker - too cute!! Here's my plan for the day.

B: Sausage & egg burrito (good heavens I'm boring...)
S: Protein bar
L: Tuna salad on arnold bakery round; sf pudding
S: PB crackers or stringcheese
D: Salad and thin crust pizza

E: Bike; walk

Hi Liz,

I don't have a plan today because I have a half day from work and this afternoon is Wellness day at school.  So far:

B:  coffee and cheese
L:  leftover crustless pizza?
D:  not sure - maybe fish and grilled veggies?

I am just going to take meals as they come today and hope for the best.  Have a great weekend.

Liz,
Sorry you are feeling nauseous but saltines will be your best friend. This is one time in your pregnancy that you don't want to think or concentrate so much on the carbs. I hope you feel better soon. As far as what is on my plate today:

B: Fage Yogurt with Kashi/cereal as topping
S:Grapes
L:Chicken breast on salad
S:String Cheese
D: Have not thought that far but somthing quick and easy.

I was told to get a good 100 grams of carbs and I am working towards it - I have saltines at my desk and have had a few - my stomach settles for a bit then flares again - It isn't that bad just a nuisance!

Congrats again i dont know if i said that in the other post, but to add to what shipa said, crackers or saltines they toldme to eat on or two even before i get out of bed in the morning. I hope the nauseaness goes away, for me it didnt i have hyper emisis ughh the WHOLE preg. Good Luck!

Thanks!! It hasn't been too bad yet- just more a feeling of nausea then full out sick feeling. Food sometimes settles it...
