Thursday exercise
I switched off the treadmill today.
I am really challenged by my 45-minute workout, but at the high incline, and high speed, I have to hold on to the bar the entire time, or I will fly off.
Well, this strain has taken it's toll on my shoulders and back, and they've just been stiff and sore like hell most of the week.
I did an hour on the ellipitcal, which I haven't done in a long time. It made my feet really sore for the first 20 minutes, but then that went away.
I'm in for a weight training session over lunch today, and that will do me in for the day.

Today's workout depends on if I have a babysitter for bingo tonight. If I DO have a sitter, then I will hit the gym during lunch and do chest/back or is it arms? Not sure, I have to check my chart at the gym. He hadn't written on it yet as of yesterday so I left him a note asking him to make sure he did it for me. My memory SUCKS!
If I DON'T have a sitter, then I am going to spin class tonight and will do the strength training after it.

I did my 1.5 miles this morning walking, but was definitely NOT up to yesterday's pace. Am very sore today for some reason. I then did a lot of walking out at the mall and costco, not exercise pace, just keeping moving. And tonight I think instead of walking I'm going to do a Wii Fit workout just to give my body variety - that may be why I'm so sore.
On another note, picked up a Nordic Trak at a yard sale for $2 and am excited to try it. Tried this morning for about 5 mins, but just can't get the hang of it. I figure if I try every day for a while, it might "click" how to get into the rhythm of it. Being uncoordinated isn't fun. Sigh.
