I am 40 and HEALTHY!!!!!!

Just wanted to shout out that I am 30 days post-op and celebraitng my 40th birthday feeling about 30 pounds lighter in my body and a million pounds lighter in my heart!  This is why I did the surgery when I did, I needed to be healthy for my 40th and here I am!  Ready to start the next phase in my life as a healthier and therefore happier person!  Thanks to everyone who keeps me sane without even knowing it!  I will post a picture at some point - when I figure out some time to sit and decide which one I want on here! :)

Congratulations and Happy 40th Birthday! I wish I had done it for my 40th - took me til my 50th to do something about it, but I'm glad I did. You'll just keep feeling better and better every day - get those pictures out - we love to see how everyone is doing! And you won't regret it either.

Thank everyone!  It was a wonderful day - a very good friend and colleague kept bringing me wrapped sugar free pudings allday - Ihave enough to share with everyone on here!  It was a wonderful and healthy 40th birthday! :)

That's so awesome that you are able to celebrate your 40th birthday exactly how you wanted to!! It is also cool that your coworkers gave you SF pudding.. they SUPPORT YOU!! YAY!!
