Sticking to the Basics - Thursday

You know that's why they feed you so much and so often on cruise ships - people tend to get seasick on empty stomachs - wonder if the same thing applies to pregnancy and those first few months? I had morning sickness but the only thing that made me yak was the smell of pork roll cooking - OMG it turned my stomach upside down and to this day I get gaggy if I smell it!! And that was almost 32 years ago - how's that for a memory!! LOL!!
