Good Morning all!!

I am 2+ years out and now eating for 2.... SO PLEASE don't take what I eat as an example for you especially if you are early out - my "new" guidelines are to eat 100grams of carbs and 90+ grams of protein which isn't really a problem because I find I am not nauseous if I keep something in my pouchie!

B: egg sandwich with cheese on an english muffin - large decaf iced coffee with skim and splenda (Shilpa - this is what the baby really wants! and OMG RITA's ICE!!!)
S: cheddar cheese and whole grain crackers
L: have to pick something up - too much commotion with telling the family last night to cook!
S: chocolate pudding
D: pork chop, zucchini and maybe some whole grain noodles
S: chocolate pudding or some concoction of greek yogurt and frozen fruit I have been thinking about trying

What's on your plate today?

Liz,
Go for the Rita's just make sure it's SF or you'll dump like I did a couple of days ago. I always kept unsalted Saltines in my desk drawer the first trimester. That is the only thing that worked with my constant nausea. Liz watch the splenda and artifical sweetners during your pregnancy my doc did not like me doing more than 2 packets of those a day.  As for what is on my plate today.

B: Lite N' Fit yogurt w/Kashi cereal as topping.(YUMMY)
L: Chicken Salad
S: String Cheese
D: Pizza-sorry I am constantly tired not cooking tonight. Thin crust so only one slice for me.
S: Milk or protein drink.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I get Rita's frequently and have always had good luck! Thank Goodness!

I have been watching the sweeteners as much as I cna - really just what is in my coffee (2 packs) and if I  have chocolate pudding for a snack. I am going to keep saltines around too - my mom was just telling me have one every few miunutes to keep something in my stomach - then hopefully I won't get nauseuous!

Thanks for the tips!!
