Barix First Saturday "Support" Support Meeting 5/2
We are starting a new month so that means First Saturday Support Meeting at Barix again! The meeting will be from 12:00pm to 4:00PM we will meet in the lobby of Barix and then go from there. Join us for the whole 4 hours or for whatever time you can make it to join us for support. You can come and go as needed.
Shauna are fearless leader will be there just days after surgery as long as she is feeling up to it and this Saturday Robin is her strength in leader back up.
This month the topic will focus on Support so please feel free to bring your at home support people to the meeting. Our Lap band Leader Robin Rehr's husband will be joining the group to talk about supporting your partner. It can be your souse, parent, child or friend who ever your support person is they are welcome this month along with any month.
Helena will be on nutritionist joining us this month and she will selling supplements from 11:30 till noon then again at the break at 2:00-2:30 so please get there during those times if you wish to purchase anything.
Plus as always feel free to bring any clothing you may wish pass along but PLEASE remember to take back home anything that is not taken by the end of the meeting. If not the leaders have to pack up anything left and then all we do is take it to a donation box but we are all volunteers so it takes our time to do this...
