Stickin to the Basics - Tuesday
Good Morning Ladies!
Here is the plan for me
B: roast beef and turkey roll ups, fage
S: cheddar cheese and a few whole grain crackers
L: chef salad with balsamic vinigarette
S: chocolate pudding
D: pork stir fry with lo mein noodles
S: jello or an ice pop

Morning to all.
I started the cool morning with a protein hot chocolate. For some reason I always feel fuller after a warm drink than I do after drinking the same volume cold. More protein drinks today, along with possible some soup and veg. chili for dinner at work tonight. V8 for my veggies. and lots of water.
Anyone else doing the 5dpt this week?

I have been a bit of track for a few days... so I am back in action.
B: ham and cheese/turkey and cheese roll up
L: chicken ceasar salad
D: crustless pizza with veggie toppings
lots of water and decaf ice tea
