Sticking to the Basics - Monday
I am making a major turn around and getting refocused on the right foods this week. Last week was pms week and we all know what that can do to us....my pouch grows (not really, but it sure can hold a lot more), I crave and eat sugar and carbs, etc....now that my week of insanity is over, its time to get back on the wagon!

D: kasha cassarole with lf cheese, veggies and tofu
